On Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions.
- Choose Retrocap and tap Cancel subscription.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Delete your photos and data
You can delete your photos and data from the app at any time. If you need help, emailinfo@apphicbytes.com from the address linked to your account and we'll take care of it. Our privacy policy explains what we store and for how long.
Common problems
Processing doesn't start or fails
Retrocap's AI runs in the cloud, so you need an internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again. Very large files can take a little longer.
The result doesn't look right
Try a sharper copy of the photo, photographed in even light without glare. For damaged prints, restore first, then colorize or animate. Our restoration page has more tips.
I was charged but don't see my credits
Open Retrocap and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. If credits are still missing, email us with the date of purchase.
